We are pleased to invite you to the 7th edition of the Geoscience Symposium hosted by the Romanian Society of Applied Geophysics. The Symposium offers a wide range of topics and invites contributions in various research areas, with the clear intention of providing the geoscientific community with the opportunity to share scientific knowledge and expertise, as well as to discuss the newest trends in the field of applied or theoretical geoscience. We also welcome presentations on cloud computing technologies and machine-learn for oil and gas industry, in mining and geothermal production.

This year, the event offers the option of hybrid attendance, with one day featuring venue-based sessions and a second day dedicated exclusively to the virtual attendance of those who wish to take part in a geoscientific event, but who face obstacles due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The GEOSCIENCE 2022 Organizing Committee are carefully monitoring the situation regarding the COVID-19 virus. We are all deeply concerned about the effects of the outbreak and consider the wellbeing of all participants as our highest priority.
